SGCFM was contacted by one of its many national retailers, to carry out an emergency commercial eviction on a premises which squatters had took residency.

SGCFM immobilised its Bailiff department to carry out the eviction within 24 hours of the clients call, the eviction of 15 unknowns was a success. The client then requested full commercial 24 hour manned security coverage to the building which consists of four floors on a busy high street.

Once secured SGCFM support services team managed by the team leader and six BICS trained commercial cleaners carried out a full deep clean of the building and replaced all external locks and boarding up of the broken windows, the team also removed three skip loads of rubbish along human and animal waste.

A full handover was carried out with the clients Loss Prevention department with success.
